December 15th, 2012 - Elko rowing on the Thames
Elko is the figure in the blue hoodie... I went to collect him, but they were still out on the river, and all I had to hand was my mobile phone..

November 29th, 2012 - Sunrise from the office window
handed in my notice here yesterday... and yes, I will miss seeing the beautiful sunrises I have been priviliged to witness in the last couple of years... Maybe I'll just get up early on a couple of days when I want to see another one
November 28th, 2012 - Fireworks
I have not taken many photos lately, I leave at just before 6am while it is still dark, and it is dark again by the time I leave the office at 4pm... Could do with some inspiration, or free time in daylight! So here one from earlier in the month.
November 27th, 2012 - UNBELIEVABLE! Again, 3 1/2 hrs to get home!
This time because a lorry drove into a viaduct on the M25 motorway, and tipped over, which dislodged his load of cement slabs..... Great...
November 26th, 2012 - THREE and a HALF hours to get home...
There were "emergency repairs" on between Junction 10 and 11 on the M4, and it caused enormous tailbacks as far as the junction with the M25... which is Junction 5!!
November 21, 2012 - the beach even had people on it!
Not surprising as it was lovely weather for a beach walk in November.
November 18th, 2012 - see.. tractor on the beach
Turns out this belonged to a fisherman, who came back while we were still walking along the beach, and used it to trailer his fishing boat back onto the road!
