The challenge was to photograph our engagement rings - close-up. This was hard to do as I was not yet sure about how to alter settings on the camera yet - at least not in manual mode! But I found almost the right setting in the end! I will have to give this another go later.
It is a little out of focus. But you'll get it. Gave my sister an FZ28 for Christmas and made her a cheat sheet for the settings. Took screen shots of sections of the FZ28 manual so she can read them without getting bogged down in 160 pages of confusing information.

ReplyDeleteGood idea to make 'cheat sheets' and thank you for showing me one. I made a print-out of the manual (it's in pdf form on the internet) and will make cheat sheets of some of those pages I think. But might use your idea instead if it's simpler... now for the time to read the lengthy manual... :)
